WHAT IS TAPAS

  Tapas is the collective name for small delicious mouthfuls of something savoury, like the spanish served with    white wine, beer or sherry and if the weathers good eat out side.
  All tapas food must be eaten with good crusty bread and i like garlic bread as well below i'm going to show you two recipes one being a great fresh mint and broad bean pat'e
  Eating tapas goes hand in hand with hospitality, friendship and plenty of good conversation  so forget the cares of the day and tuck in spanish- style with your favourite people

FRESH MINT AND BROAD BEAN PAT'E 

ingredients

800g/1ib 12oz fresh broad beans
     in their pods,shelled to give
     about 350g/12oz
225g/8oz soft goats cheese
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 spring onions, finely chopped
1tbsp extra virgin olive oil plus
        extra to serve
grated rind of lemon and
        2tbsp juice
about 60 large mint leaves
        about 15g in total
salt and pepper 
12 slices of french bread
